About the Role

Thirumala Enterprises is looking for skilled and motivated appliance service technicians to join our growing team in Hyderabad. As a technician, you will provide on-site repair, installation, and maintenance services for Samsung and other leading brand home appliances. You will be part of an authorized Samsung service center team known for professionalism, reliability, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and service TVs, washing machines, air conditioners, and microwaves at customer locations
• Perform on-site diagnostics using advanced tools and manufacturer guidelines
• Install and configure new appliances including TVs, ACs, and washing machines
• Process warranty claims and coordinate with Samsung support systems
• Maintain accurate service records and provide clear explanations to customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interaction

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in electronic appliance repair or a related field
• Knowledge of Samsung appliances and repair procedures preferred
• Basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and use diagnostic tools
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred for on-site visits
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English
